Aurélie Cormier Le Goff has specialised in transfer of undertakings, collective redundancy, working hours, remuneration and company savings plans.   She advises and represents employers and business associations in the course of collective negotiations and agreements.

She has acquired notable expertise advising public-sector companies with private-law employees on changes to their legal status or structure, and in the course of collective litigation.

Aurélie Cormier Le Goff holds a Magistère and Diplôme d’études approfondies in labour law from Paris X – Nanterre University; she began to practice in 1997, joining the labour-law specialists Bélier & Associés, and then worked for over a decade with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she was appointed Counsel.
