Of Franco-Luxembourg nationality, Caroline heads the France-Luxembourg desk at Flichy Grangé Avocats. She also serves on the Board of the Business Club France–Luxembourg (BCFL), where she co-chairs the working group on labor market dynamics. In addition, she is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and sits on the Editorial Board of International Employment Lawyer (IEL).
