Joël Grangé was first associate within the business firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1987 before being nominated partner in 1997, and then in charge of their Labour Law Department from 1999 to 2008.
Specialised in labour and Social Security law, Joël Grangé holds a strong expertise in mergers, restructuring operations, transfers of businesses, collective negotiations and disputes.
He has contributed to drafting the guidebook Lamy Social Groupes, which deals with labour law issues in groups of companies. He is also member of the editorial board of the weekly journal La Semaine Juridique – Sociale.
Joël Grangé is member of the Committee Industrial Relations and Labour Law of the International Bar Association and of the European Employment Lawyers Association.
Joël Grangé was elected Best Lawyer for France in 2010 by the US journal Best Lawyers.
