Juliana Kovac holds a Master’s Degree in National, European and International Litigation. She advises a varied range of clients in all areas of labour and Social Security law.

She intervenes more especially on issues arising through workforce savings plans (optional- and mandatory profit-sharing plans, company savings plans, stock subscription- and purchase-options, free share distribution, etc.). She also assists companies on the occasion of Urssaf audits.

Juliana Kovac often advises State companies in matters involving both civil servants and agents under private law contracts, or staff representatives.

As well as advising clients, Juliana Kovac also represents them in the course of litigation in all Courts likely to be apprised of such issues.
