                                                Decree no. 2024-951 of October 23rd, 2024, provides that, with effect from 1st November 2024, the minimum wage (« SMIC ») will be increased as follows:
| Where? | Minimum hourly wage | Minimum monthly wage based on 35 hours per week (151.67 hours per month) | 
| In Mainland France, Guadeloupe, French Guyana, Martinique, Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon | EUR 11.88 gross per hour | EUR 1,801.80 gross | 
| Mayotte | EUR 8.98 gross per hour | EUR 1,361.97 gross | 
Companies must increase the salary of all employees employed at the minimum wage.
