Natacha Lesellier, former VP – Ethics Programs of the L’OREAL Group, joins Flichy Grangé Avocats as a partner on October 1, 2021.

Following 15 years’ experience as a senior ethics practitioner within one of France’s leading multinationals, Natacha Lesellier will join Flichy Grangé Avocats on October 1, 2021.

Natacha Lesellier – Partner

Natacha Lesellier has developed a recognized expertise in the areas of business ethics, compliance, diversity & inclusion, human rights, ESG and CSR.
 
She will advise and assist her clients, whatever their size, type of industry or level of advancement, on all their various needs (strategy, risk assessment, policies and procedures, communication and training, whistleblowing mechanisms and internal investigations).
 
Her experience of the corporate world’s various stakeholders will also allow her to advise her clients on the « soft law » expectations in these areas.
 
A King’s College (London) graduate, Natacha is fully bilingual and will serve as the main point of contact for foreign companies wishing to deploy their ethics and compliance programs within their French entities as well as for French companies seeking to deploy their programs internationally.
 
Natacha Lesellier started her career in private practice at Gide Loyrette Nouel law firm in 1995 before moving to L’Oréal in 2001 and currently joining Flichy Grangé Avocats.
