Discrimination, equal treatment, moral harassment, sexual harassment, employees' private Life

The importance of implementing policies in line with rules of ethics and the principle of equality, together with the increase in issues related to discrimination, moral or sexual harassment and employees’ private life, has led our firm to provide regular assistance on these questions and to create the new Ethics and Diversity practice. We can assist you in drafting a code of ethics, recruitment and diversity policy, internal regulations or IT codes of conduct.

We can thus advise you with regard to the measures to be implemented, in particular in relation to any difficulties that may arise, includinga a complaint by an employee or by trade unions related to harassment or discrimination, or an investigation by the French anti-discrimination and equality authority

We will work alongside with you in the event of an investigation by the French anti-discrimination and equality authority or by the CNIL (the French data protection authority) as well as to file your CNIL declarations or to help you comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
