New developments with the law on freedom of career-choice (loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel) published on 6th September 2018.

We will discuss and explore:
  • The monetisation of the vocational training individual account (compte personnel de formation)
  • The new training plan, known as the Plan de développement des compétences
  • The new measures to encourage apprenticeship-agreements
  • The implementation of a new “single” contribution for vocational training and apprenticeship
  • The new collection arrangements of the vocational training funds
  • The new arrangements for the OPCA’s missions and for the vocational training governance
