Frédéric-Guillaume advises and represents companies in litigation issues particularly in the event of the implementation and consultation of the personnel representative bodies (Works Council, Employee representation and Health and Safety Committee or Social and Economic Committee) and the appointment of representatives by the trade unions (Union representative, representative of the union section, union delegate, union representative at the Works Council or the Health and Safety Committee).
He has developed an advanced expertise in advising companies in the event of independent external expertises on significant projects, serious risks or on recurrent consultation files.
He holds a M.A in Bristish-American Business Law, LLM in International and European Law, a Masters in Economic Activities Law from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris, Frédéric-Guillaume joined the Firm in 2007 before being named Partner in 2018.
He is a member of the Alumni Association of Sciences Po Paris and Avosial.
